    • a tubular or “U” shaped transport zone with a shaftless screw conveyor
    • a discharge zone
    • a gear motor
    • an adjustable stand

  • With the completely watertight stainless steel tank model, installation is possible without a concrete channel.
  • The tank is equipped with an intake and a flanged bypass.
  • A lateral tank with manual screen is available as an option.
  • The waste is compacted in the compacting zone and evacuated via a hopper.
  • AISI 304L or 316L special stainless steel (extra hard) or 304L/316L stainless steel screw conveyor
  • Throughput: up to 1000 m3/h
  • Cleaning of sieve basket: bolted brushes
  • Transport zone length: variable
  • Sieve basket mesh:
    – perforated sheet metal Ø 3 – 10 mm
    – Johnson mesh 0.25 – 3 mm

  • Direct installation into the channel
  • Reduced handling and low initial investment
